As a recruitment specialist for the NHS in UK ,Our primary focus would be on sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
Our Responsibilities include:
1 ) Identifying and advertising job vacancies through our various channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
2 ) Utilizing recruitment software and databases to manage candidate applications and track the progress of vacancies.
3 ) Screening and shortlisting applications to identify suitable candidates for further assessment.
4 ) Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
5 ) We understand every role is different. Therefore a collaborative approach is required with lead clinicians, service managers so we can commence the search as per your requirements.
6 ) We at RM, believe in maintaining partnerships. We therefore work with regional deaneries to help promote UK trainees ST6, ST7 and those coming out of training programmes.
7 ) We take a lot of pride in our market research and due diligence that we will endeavour to provide prior to commencing on any search assignment.
This approach is not only limited to NHS Trusts in England or Health Boards in Wales, but also to our vast network of candidates abroad in the Indian subcontinent as well the Middle-east.

We also provide monthly online webinars from UK based experts for those requiring support with their e-portfolios (previously known as CESR applications).
9 ) Conducting pre-employments checks including enhanced DBS, appraisals and revalidation checks for UK based doctors will be provided as part of our candidate brief.
